What to contact us about

• Corrections. If a rule, fee or date on a page is wrong, tell us which page and, if you can, the source. Our editorial policy explains how we correct.
• Questions about our sources. The methodology page lists them.
• Questions about who pays us. See the affiliate disclosure, or ask.
• Companies we cover. If you represent one and believe a fact is wrong, send the source. We don't remove accurate information.

What we can't help with

We're a publisher, not the TSP, a dealer, a custodian or an adviser. We can't:

• look at, move or close a TSP or IRA account (for your TSP account, use My Account on tsp.gov or the ThriftLine);
• check an order, a shipment or a balance with a company;
• give personal financial, tax or legal advice.

For a problem with a dealer or custodian, contact the company first. If that doesn't work, you can file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, your state attorney general, or the CFTC.

Please don't send account numbers, Social Security numbers or other sensitive details by email.
